Locations
Asthma is a common and diverse lung condition that can make it hard to breathe. It causes the airways in the lungs to become inflamed and narrow, leading to symptoms like coughing, wheezing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and mucus production. Some people with asthma may experience long-term damage to their airways, which can be serious.
Momentum Clinical Research is now enrolling people over 16 years old with asthma for a research study of an investigational medication which is a new inhaler that combines two medicines.
The goal of the study is to assess the efficiency of the combination of the 2 medicines in preventing asthma attacks.
The investigational treatment is an inhaler designed to be used as a rescue treatment when asthma symptoms get worse.
