Momentum Clinical Research is looking for adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema, for a clinical research study. The study will assess the safety of an investigational study medicine and learn how it affects eczema.

Participants will be paid for time and study-related costs.
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify for this study if you:
- Are 18 to 70 years old
- Have had moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis for at least 6 months that has not responded well to topical treatments, or topical treatments are not medically suitable for you
- Are willing and able to follow all study requirements, including contraception requirements as applicable

Description
Atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema, is a long-term skin condition that may cause dry, itchy, sore or inflamed skin. Symptoms can affect comfort, sleep and everyday activities. Atopic dermatitis is commonly managed using topical treatments and other medicines, but symptoms may remain inadequately controlled for some people.
This study is assessing an investigational study medicine in adults with moderate-to-severe eczema. Researchers want to learn more about its safety and how it affects eczema when compared with placebo.
What to expect
If you are eligible and choose to participate, you will be randomly assigned to receive either the investigational study medicine or placebo.
The study medicine or placebo will be given as injections under the skin at the clinic by our study clinical team. Participation will last up to 32 weeks and involve up to 13 scheduled clinic visits.
Study activities include health checks, physical examinations, blood and urine tests, pregnancy tests where applicable, heart checks, skin assessments and photographs of selected areas of eczema. You will also record information about itching and sleep and wear a study-provided sleep-monitoring ring.
