Do you have moderate to severe plaque psoriasis?
Momentum Clinical Research are evaluating a potential new oral treatment that aims to reduce inflammation, improve skin appearance, and enhance quality of life for those who experience moderate to severe plaque psoriasis - a chronic skin condition where the immune system causes the body to make skin cells too quickly.

18 to 65 years old
Duration
Up to 14 weeks, with up to 17 scheduled clinic visits for skin assessments, blood tests and health check ups
Compensation
Participants will be reimbursed up to $6120
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify for this study if you:
- Are 18 to 65 years old
- Have had chronic plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months
- Have moderate to severe symptoms affecting ≥ 10% of your body – a member of our medical team will assess this for you
- Are in generally good health
You may not be eligible if you:
- Have other forms of psoriasis (e.g. guttate, pustular, erythrodermic)
- Have liver, kidney, heart, or psychiatric conditions – recent or chronic

Plaque Psoriasis is a chronic skin condition where the immune system causes the body to make skin cells too quickly. This leads to thick, red, scaly patches that can appear anywhere on the body. It often causes itching, discomfort and emotional distress and can significantly impact sleep, self-confidence, and quality of life.
Current treatments include creams, light therapy, and injectable medications that target the immune system. However, these treatments don’t work for everyone, and not all individuals respond well to injections.
Momentum Clinical Research is investigating a potential new oral tablet that may offer a more convenient and less invasive treatment option for people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The treatment is designed to reduce inflammation, improve skin appearance, and enhance quality of life.
What to expect
Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the study treatment or a placebo. The study treatment is designed to improve symptoms of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, targeting a specific immune pathway involved in the development of psoriasis.
Throughout the study, you will attend regular health visits and receive support from our experienced medical team - all at no cost to you. Your safety and well-being will be closely monitored by a professional clinical team.
